I can't believe I'm getting toward the end of this project - about three months should do it. I'll be kind of sorry to be done with it... it's a great old place. And it won't be mine anymore. But still, it's a good feeling to be so close to finishing. It's looking pretty fantastic already.
There's quite a bit of landscaping work to do yet, but that's not my business. The exterior work is pretty well done, and inside most of what's left is trimmings and polish and finishing touches. Some painting, a bit of flooring, paneling, things like that. We'll definitely be done on time, so that's a job well done.
Other than that, life is pretty good.
Oh - Ohtori, if you're wanting more work when this job is over, I might be able to arrange something if you'd be interested. Maybe even work out a long term contract - this worked out pretty well, I think.
